What do we do?

Release Potential are a training organisation that are partly funded by The Skills Funding Agency and Ofsted 2 graded. We offer training across a diverse range of public and private sector organisations with our mission being to provide a seamless route to workforce up-skilling. We are responsive and flexible which allows for us to work with different companies in different ways.

Who do we train?

Our courses cater for learners currently in employment as well as those seeking employment. Employed candidates are mainly Apprentices or are enrolled on to one of our Short Courses.

We also offer It’s For Me; our hugely successful two week pre-employment courses that offer a route in to work. As well as this, we are now running Traineeships, which are a new type of course designed specifically to help 16 - 23 year olds who have little or no previous work experience.

What areas do we cover?

We can provide training across England, although we work predominantly in the North East, serving the needs of the local business community. In most cases we come to meet you, so you can receive your training in your place of work. We also utilise in excess of 20 training venues across the North East.
