Release Potential are a training organisation that are partly funded by The Education Skills Funding Agency and Ofsted 2 graded. We offer training across a diverse range of public and private sector organisations with our mission being to provide a seamless route to workforce up-skilling. We are responsive and flexible which allows for us to work with different companies in different ways.
Our courses cater for learners currently in employment as well as those seeking employment. Employed candidates are mainly Apprentices or are enrolled on to our Short Courses. We also offer Traineeships, which are a new type of course designed specifically to help 16 – 24 year olds who have little or no previous work experience. Our most recent pre-employment project is the Returneeship. This aims to help more mature clientele boost their employability skills and prepare for a return to work.
