Superb Stephen!

November saw two Returneeship learners nominated for Release Potential’s Learner of the Month award. Russell H from the Durham Returneeship course and Steve C from the Hartlepool Returneeship course. Russell was nominated for the high standard of work and positive attitude during the course. However, it was Steve, who was nominated by course tutor Hayley Watson, who won this months award. Steve was nominated by Hayley for his resilience and determination to succeed.

Steve suffered from a medical incident on day two of the Hartlepool Show and to everyone’s surprise returned back to the course the next day to complete the theory components of the course.

Hayley commented that “Steve is really hard working and always has excellent answers in his workbook and contributes to group discussions really well” adding “Steve helps other members of his group and goes about his work with a positive can-do attitude which has been an inspiration to everyone”.
