Congratulations to Ewelina, our apprenticeship learner who has won March’s Learner of the Month.

Ewelina works for The Old Vicarage in Wooler and has just completed her Advanced Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. Ewelina is a well respected and valued member of the care team at The Old Vicarage.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her colleagues often tell me that Ewelina’s approach to work, positive attitude and caring nature makes working at The Old Vicarage a pleasure.

Ewelina has completed her apprenticeship programme with a positive attitude and completed all work set above and beyond the standard required.

Ewelina’s hard work and commitment to her learning allowed her to progress and achieve her Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English, despite English being her second language. Now she plans to start her Higher Apprenticeship in Care Leadership and Man-agement as the next step in her career.
