FAQs

We can provide training across England, although we work predominantly in the North East and the West Midlands, serving the needs of the local community.

This depends on the type of course you are enrolling on. We run face-to-face programmes in venues in the heart of the community. However, we do run programmes online virtually. This will be explained during the referral process.

If you have completed a certified qualification on your programme, your work needs to be verified by the awarding body. Once your work is verified your certificate will be posted to you. Before we post your certificate we will call you to confirm your current address.

Please call the office on 01661 843819 and you will be given a time where one of our Curriculum Team will contact you over Video Conferencing or the phone, to support you with your application.

You will need an internet connection to join our Video Conferencing classes. Please speak to your Work Coach as they may be able to provide a solution for the duration of the course.

Please give us a call on 01661 843819 and we will be able to issue new password credentials.

For the course the only software you will need is Zoom to access the classroom sessions and Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to complete the workbooks.
