Hybrid Learning Courses 19+

Release Potential offer a variety of short courses in the Civil Service. These programmes are designed to support you throughout the application process.

Returneeships 50+

A new concept developed by Release Potential providing a route back into work for the long term unemployed, working with the DWP and Job Centre Plus.

Startships are for anyone 19-29

Startships are designed to enhance soft skills and are for any eligible young person wanting to maximise their chances of kick starting their career!

Wrap Around Support (WAS)

With each course, we provide wrap-around support including regular phone catch ups, daily job alerts, invitations to fresher sessions and job application support.

The results of the partnership between job centre plus and release potential made that our customers who have been successfully employed as an apprentice are no longer claiming benefit.

Instead they are receiving training whilst in employment that will hopefully launch the start of a longer lasting and rewarding career

I visited a recent course I noticed the camaraderie, positivity and confidence levels of these attending was very high. There was a real buzz in the room and that was only day 2!

The final presentations an participants deliver are a testament to their hard work and determination to succeed in gaining employment and we have many examples of people securing employment after completing a Returneeship course

I can't believe the impact this course has had not only on our customers but my colleagues, when I first read the Fuller working lives appraisal report, I knew I had to get this event in Suffolk and when I turned up for the filming with the candidates I had a genuine lump in my throat. I knew that my hunch that this opportunity would have a massive impact on individuals proved the right thing to do for us in DWP and the right thing to do for the Ipswich community. I can't thank you enough and look forward to the final delivery of the film tomorrow and also to work with you in my West Suffolk patch and throughout East Anglia.
